Cancer Technologies was founded in 1987 by Drs. David Alberts and Robert Dorr, Professors of Medicine and Pharmacology in the University of Arizona's College of Medicine and the Arizona Cancer Center. Tim Alberts, MBA/MPH, joined Cancer Technologies, Inc. in 1996 as Director of Business Operations. Cancer Technologies' mission is to develop and produce novel copyrighted educational and functional medical devices for oncology physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
Dr. Alberts, Director of the Arizona Cancer Center, has over 40 years of experience as a clinician, researcher, and in clinical and prevention trial management. Dr. Dorr, Director of Developmental Therapeutics in the Arizona Cancer Center, has over 30 years of experience in drug development and pharmacology/toxicology of novel anticancer drugs and preventative agents.
